THE PLAYBOOK

More subscribers often feels like progress. It gives your team a number to celebrate and a metric that makes the business look like it’s moving forward.

But list growth by itself can be misleading. Because the real question isn’t how many subscribers you have.

It’s what each subscriber is actually worth. A small, responsive list with strong offers, smart campaigns, and consistent follow-up can outperform a much larger list that barely buys.

That’s why I wrote this playbook.

It helps you look beyond list size and evaluate the real revenue systems inside your business. This way, you can find the gaps, improve the system, and increase the value of every subscriber.

SELF-AUDIT GUIDE

Most trading education companies and financial newsletter publishers do not have a subscriber problem.

They have a monetization problem. More specifically, they have revenue leaking between the opt-in, the first purchase, the renewal, and the next logical offer.

This self-audit guide is designed to help you assess how well your current systems are turning subscribers into long-term revenue — and where that process is breaking down.

RPS SCORECARD

This scorecard is divided into 10 key categories that measure how well your email list is set up to generate revenue.

Each category includes:

A short description of what the category measures. A “what strong looks like” section so you know what you’re aiming for. And five scoring statements to help you evaluate your current setup.

For each statement, you’ll give yourself a score from 1 to 5. Since there are 10 categories, with 5 statements per category, and each statement is worth up to 5 points, the maximum possible score is 250 points.

So the question is: How does your email revenue system measure up?
